2007年大阪北浜にスタジオをオープンし、7年目を迎えました。

The Pilates Method

スタジオインナーワークスではピラティスの国際団体Pilates Method Alliance(PMA)認定でMarie-José Blom（マリジョゼ・ブロム）先生の創立されたメソッド、Pilates Leadership Concept(PLC)ピラティスリーダーシップコンセプトのピラティスをお伝えしています。

Studio Inner WorksはMarie-José 先生公認スタジオで、所属トレーナーはMarie-José Blom 先生から指導を受け、研鑽を重ねています。
またMarie-José Blom 先生の考案されたSmartSpine™ を使用して、筋膜を整え心身の調整をするセッションを行っています。

Marie-José Blom先生は、30年以上の長きに渡りピラティスの指導を行っており、10年以上毎年筋膜のサマースクールや国際会議に参加されており、筋膜と動きについて深い造詣をお持ちです。
2012年に発売された書籍Fasciaでも、筋膜とピラティスについて執筆されています。
